Nowadays the working day does not finish when the shooting is done. Photographer, agency and customer start over again at night. The images will be selected and then transferred to the agency in one or the other way. Once the images have been converted into a colorspace or a specific filesize it is often too late for necessary corrections.
Using the new CromaBOX and CromaBASE it is completely safe:
Right at location you will be able to view the images which are positioned in Lstar-RGB colorcorrect on the monitor of the CromaBOX which is under control, calibrated and profiled.
Once the images are selected and you can be sure of the quality, they are ready to be transferred automatically into the CromaBASE system:
CromaBOX takes care of a quick and easy upload even big volumes of data. First of all CromaBOX will generate layout images of the correct colorspace and will upload them into the correct slot in CromaBASE. The HiRes Data follow immediately after. Wherever you are – your images are taken care of! Color correct – right size and the data format you need.
Times of searching for your own images are over – completely!
Every new job in CromaBASE will be synchronized with the CromaBOX and be controlled by hotfolders. No hussel, no human errors anymore.
Creativity takes place
Collegues still working at the office while the shooting takes place will benefit from the system. They will get high quality layout images immediately after the shooting from CromaBASE. HiRes print data will be replaced when they are needed.
Advantage: The artworkers will be able to work with the images almost ‚at location’ and even can take influence of the further shooting while in the office.

CromaBASE will find your images you selected and generate the data to the correct size, file format and colorspace that is needed. Data are ready for postproduction, customer or print:
Everybody who has been given authority is able to receive selected images from CromaBASE. These images have been generated from stored HiRes data with help of the right ICC color profil.

Keep Controll
Your jobs will be processed through the digital workflow of CromaBASE, controlled and adjusted. You decide whoelse will have access to your images.
There are as many co-workers as you like, as long as you have installed them in the system and give them rights. Everybody to the need of his own work.
The presentation mode is ideal for the communication with the customer. CromaBASE presents selected collections of images to the customer – just the traditional way, only online! This saves boring back and forth sending of mails. Comments are stored with the job and data already sent to the printing process.

Images are available online throughout the whole period of production and afterwords there is a choice of archiving the job for a long time. So digital assistants and DVD burners! Have a break!
